RTiQ Web Access Temporarily Unavailable

AVPro and RTI treat security very seriously. Following the announcement of a potential security issue with a third-party software we use in RTiQ, out of an abundance of caution, we took the measure to make RTiQ web access temporarily inaccessible.

There is no evidence that RTiQ has been compromised.

Our engineering team is currently in the process of installing a recommended patch to fix the security issue, which may take up to one week due to the complexity of the install. During this time, RTiQ is still securely recording and maintaining data, but web access will remain offline to dealers as a preventative measure.
